Service Description
Schedule a private, one-on-one phone conversation with a listener at a time that works for you. Share what’s on your mind in a respectful, judgment-free space where the focus is simply on listening and being heard.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions are reserved specifically for you. Cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least 1 hour before the scheduled session start time. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled start time and missed sessions are non-refundable. Once a session has begun, payments are non-refundable. If the client voluntarily ends or disconnects from a session before the scheduled session time has concluded, the session remains non-refundable. If a session is ended because of sexually inappropriate conduct directed toward a listener, threats, harassment, abusive or discriminatory behavior, or other prohibited conduct, no refund will be issued. If Conversation Haven must cancel a session for reasons unrelated to the client's conduct, the client may choose to reschedule or receive a refund.
